A fixed fee agreed before we start. We will give you a figure after the first conversation, and it does not move unless the brief does.

Yes, and often. A first Executive Director appointment at a company of twelve people is as consequential as a chief executive at a national, sometimes more. Talk to us about scope — there is usually a version that works.

We rerun the search at no fee if an appointment ends within the first six months, in line with our Ts and Cs. It has not happened yet, and the way to keep it that way is the honesty at the brief stage rather than the guarantee at the end.
