About us.

We’ve spent over a decade working across the arts and executive search, and we’ve seen first-hand how much the right leadership changes what an organisation can do.
Todd Heppenstall

The person you meet is the person who does the work. We care and we show it.

Senior and executive search is often sold by one person and delivered by another. We don’t work that way. The person who takes your brief is the person doing the research, making the approaches and advising you through the process.

It also means we know the market we are talking about, we know why a particular candidate said no, your organisation’s reputation in the sector, and we can be the direct link between you and the talent pool.

We work with theatres, West End producers, live entertainment businesses, events and festivals, and the wider arts and creative industries ecology — organisations where appointing senior talent is rarely just about a CV.

What we believe

Four things we hold to.

If the salary is not going to reach the people you want, or the role as written has two jobs in it, you will hear that in week one rather than in week nine. It is a harder conversation at the start and a much easier search afterwards.

For organisations

Appointing a senior leader or a board member.

How the search actually runs, stage by stage, and what you can expect from us at each one.
For candidates

Looking for your next role.

Public searches are on the board. If nothing fits today, send a CV anyway.
